The Role
The Vice President, HR Business Partner - U.S. Commercial will serve as the senior HR leader for the Oncology and Dermatology commercial businesses. Reporting to the EVP & CHRO and serving on the HR Leadership Team, this leader will act as a strategic advisor, organizational architect, and change leader-helping the U.S. Commercial organization adapt to a dynamic portfolio, evolving field force models, and new ways of working.
A key aspect of this role is ensuring consistent and scalable people practices across both Oncology and Dermatology and acting as a key partner to International Commercial to drive a unified approach to talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness across Incyte's global Commercial enterprise.
