• BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• 10-12 patients per day
• Clinic will eventually have 2-3 providers
• Eclinical works EMR
• M-F 8-5, shared call
• Ages 16+
• Opening beginning of 2025
• Experience in population health management and working with psychosocially and medically complex patients is strongly preferred
• Concierge VIP care, In house lab, x-ray, IV infusion, ambulatory, ICU and pharmacy
