Position Summary

The HR Business Analyst enables change within the HRCS technology portfolio by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to HRCS and with a goal of leveraging technology to enable business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with internal customers to understand business strategies and objectives and forces that impact the business.
• Understand and / or assess the capabilities of the system portfolio within assigned groups and provide guidance to optimize technology through process redesign, system configuration and enhancements.
• Educate business partners on HRCS technology governance process to support investments in the right efforts at the right time.
• Act as liaison between internal customers and IT, including performing technology effort readiness assessments, requirements documentation and supporting the development of associated business cases. Maintain strong relationships with assigned groups through effective and proactive communication and reliable delivery.
• Manage governance process for technology efforts, by capturing and / or reviewing readiness assessment information and recommending, revising, communicating and ensuring alignment on enhancement priority levels. Execute or delegate and guide enhancement initiatives.
• Maintain the inventory of current and future HRCS technology initiatives and the associated technology initiative dashboard and use them to lead the regular status review meetings with HRTS and IT.
• Support the HRCS technology portfolio management activities, including the annual planning process and on-going leadership review and track the connections between the initiatives and the progression of HRCS capabilities.
• Monitor and share external trends best practices in HR technology and service delivery.

Direction Of Others

Provides work direction and oversight for managed project team members and other HR Business Analysts with respect to delegated enhancement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications And Skills

Compensation : Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn between $88,235 - $136,765 annually.

Benefits include, and are not limited to :

Profit Sharing : In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
