While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, we are not remote-only. In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment. Attendance is expected and fully supported.

Role Focus

We are focused on understanding and building products to fulfill the diverse set of financial services needs for our customer segments including Retail and Institutional, and be the primary financial account leveraging Finance 2.0 principles and crypto technology. A key area of focus is the payments platform which powers all of the payments at Coinbase.

Responsibilities

Drive the full product lifecycle, encompassing strategy, opportunity evaluation, roadmap planning, launch, and post-launch growth.

Identify new product opportunities leveraging client and market insights.

Partner with engineering, design, sales, and other key partner teams to efficiently deliver impactful new capabilities and features.

Define and manage metrics to guide product prioritization and measure success.

Generate excitement around a shared vision and align teams to successfully realize.

Clearly articulate plans and progress internally to key partners and executive leadership, and communicate product functionality to clients.

Qualifications

4+ years of product management experience or relevant domain expertise.

Proven track record of successfully shipping and iterating on products at scale.

Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.

Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to work effectively with incomplete or ambiguous information.

Demonstrated leadership in guiding product strategy and leading senior engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Desire for continuous improvement.

Strong interest in cryptocurrency, financial markets and the Coinbase mission.

Pay Transparency : The target annual salary range for this position is $144,500—$170,000 USD. Full-time offers include target bonus, target equity, and benefits.
