Who we are looking for

This position is an

onsite position

within our Re : Build Cutting Dynamics facility in Avon, Ohio. The Quality Inspector has primary responsibility in the areas of prevention (i.e. quality planning) and appraisal as they relate to project execution. It is designed to assure that supplier and surveillance activities affecting product quality and customer satisfaction are effectively developed, controlled, monitored and reported.

What you will get to do

• Perform quality planning tasks to ensure that products and data align with relevant specifications and meet the needs of our clientele
• Manage timely review, collection and distribution of product (control plans) data, as required by code, standard, or specification (engineering datasets)
• Evaluate, develop, and complete inspection reports and assist in the development of remedial action plans to insure conformance to specifications and standards
• Interact with various personnel to investigate causes of non-conformances, minimize cost of quality, and strive for continuous improvement.
• Develop and assist others in creating procedures and working instructions.
• Contribute to overall cost reduction / avoidance through participation in the internal corrective and preventive action system
