We're seeking a friendly, service-driven professional to join our Moose Lake team as an Engagement Specialist (Teller). In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our membersprocessing financial transactions, opening essential accounts, and providing personalized guidance to support each member's unique financial journey. Your ability to build strong, trusting relationships is key to delivering an outstanding experience. A successful Engagement Specialist educates members on our full range of credit union products and services, ensuring every interaction is informative, efficient, and centered on the members' needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of service to all credit union members.
• Identify members' financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Execute accurate financial transactions.
• Perform day-to-day, in-branch, operational duties.
• Cash handling.
• Leverage MCCU resources to remain current with credit union policies, procedures, products and services.
