Job description

A company is looking for a Construction & Renovation Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance on structuring loans for renovation and construction products

Perform detailed reviews of construction and renovation documents for accuracy and compliance

Act as the liaison with third-party construction management for draw requests and funding processes

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum 2 years of mortgage experience

Experience with renovation and construction loans

Experience in builder and contractor reviews

Familiarity with mortgage systems and platforms such as Encompass
