The firm is seeking a motivated Commercial Litigation Trial Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to support all phases of trial-focused matters. The ideal candidate is eager to gain hands-on courtroom experience, manage cases with increasing independence, and work directly with partners and clients.

Responsibilities :

• Draft complaints, answers, motions, and other litigation pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and trial-related documents.
• Handle written discovery, document review, and e-discovery tasks.
• Take and defend depositions with supervision.
• Assist in trial preparation, including witness outlines, exhibit lists, and pre-trial filings.
• Participate in hearings, settlement conferences, and, when appropriate, trials.
• Communicate with clients, experts, co-counsel, and opposing counsel.
• Manage deadlines, case strategy, and workflow across multiple active matters.
