Physical Therapist Opportunity in New Jersey

Location : Paterson, New Jersey

Employment Type : Full-Time / Part-Time

Schedule : Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM)

Compensation : $85,000 to $95,000 + benefits

Position Overview :

Our outpatient rehabilitation center brings together a team of skilled professionals, including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Medical Providers to create comprehensive and effective treatment plans that support patient recovery.

We're seeking a licensed and team-oriented Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehab team. You'll work closely with clinicians across multiple disciplines to deliver exceptional care to a diverse patient population ranging from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain and sports injuries. This is a great opportunity for a PT who thrives in a collaborative setting.

Who are we looking for?

Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey (required)
Degree from an accredited PT program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
New grads welcome; outpatient experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Passion for innovation, evidence-based care, and patient advocacy

Requirements

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate daily with an interdisciplinary team to align on care strategies and treatment goals.

Deliver one-on-one therapy focusing on functional recovery, strength, balance, and mobility.

Monitor patient progress and modify plans as needed for optimal outcomes.

Educate patients and families on recovery techniques and at-home exercises.

Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
