Nurse Practitioner – Fee for Service
Locations : Edinboro, Warren, and Coudersport, PA
ProRank, a healthcare search firm, is partnering with a respected healthcare organization to hire experienced Nurse Practitioners (Fee for Service) . This role is ideal for providers with backgrounds in long-term care, primary care, or geriatrics who are passionate about delivering personalized care and improving the quality of life for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage residents’ medical and psychological needs
- Prescribe medications, order labs / diagnostics, and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Conduct Medicare-required and acute visits
- Initiate advance care planning when appropriate
- Document care accurately and submit billing information
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and participate in on-call rotation
- Educate facility staff and support quality improvement initiatives
