As a SAP Warehouse Coordinator at Monster Energy, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic operations, ensuring every incoming and outgoing order is meticulously reviewed and processed. You'll tackle orders with deficits and quantity changes with precision, while seamlessly handling production issues, receiving tasks, and processing damage reports. Embrace the thrill of managing special requirement orders and help drive our legendary energy forward!

The impact you'll make :

• Manage the shipping workflow and other warehouse operations. Create and file sales orders, invoices, Bill of Ladings, Stock Transfer Orders, and other documentation. Enter data into the SAP systems
• Review all Bill of Ladings and Stock Transfer Orders to verify completeness and processed correctly. Scan and submit all completed Bill of Ladings to the Billing Department, all completed Stock Transfer Orders to the shared drive. Review / process all Purchase Orders and Return Authorization.
• Process all special labeling requirement orders. Provide copies of Bill of Ladings for all container shipments to the customer when the order ships.
• Assess, notify and complete receipt of goods of all stock transfer orders in deficit or have a quantity adjustment. Process damage reports for warehouse and repack. Issue product to repack based of daily shift plan. Process Receipt of Goods for product reworked by repack, work orders submitted daily.
• File documents daily and box up at end of month. Scan and attach all paperwork / back up for transactions processed in SAP. Work with customer service and other members of the warehouse as necessary. Perform routine clerical duties.

Who you are :

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has a estimated base hourly of $18.00 -$25.00. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
