What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire a transportation teamcoaching, training, and empowering them to perform at their best.
• Optimize transportation strategies to deliver top-tier pickup and delivery performance while achieving strong profit margins.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, carriers, and internal teams to drive communication, trust, and seamless operations.
• Champion compliance and safety by ensuring asset-based and partner carriers meet all regulatory and contractual standards.
• Oversee freight invoicing with precisionensuring accuracy, cost control, and healthy cash flow.
• Collaborate across the supply chain to troubleshoot issues and deliver innovative, logistics-focused solutions.
• Monitor key metrics to track performance, identify trends, and keep operations running at peak efficiency.

What You Bring

Pay Range : $83,700.00 - $150,700.00
