As the primary caregiver, the RN collaborates with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and patients / families to achieve optimal outcomes. The position works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and the indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing. Responsibilities : Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department. Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and evaluate individualized patient care. Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely. Respond to emergency situations and perform life-saving interventions when necessary. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and quality initiatives. Support patient and family education regarding treatment plans and ongoing care. Requirements : Experience : Emergency Department nursing experience preferred. Licensure : Current Ohio RN License.
