Human Resources Support (30 hrs./week)

Love people, organization, and hospitality? AC Hotel Vancouver Waterfront is looking for an HR Manager (30 hours/week) to support our amazing hotel team.

This hands-on role is perfect for an HR pro who enjoys being visible, approachable, and involved in day-to-day operations—helping team members thrive while keeping things compliant and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Support payroll and maintain employee records
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and terminations
• Schedule interviews for hourly roles
• Be a go-to HR resource for team members and leaders
• Help ensure compliance with employment, wage & hour, and safety regulations
• Assist with safety compliance and training
• Perform ongoing training and design team events

What We’re Looking For

• HR experience
• Strong communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, creative and approachable
• Comfortable with computers and HR systems
• Hospitality experience a plus (but not required!)
• Spanish speaking a plus
