Product Launch Strategist

The primary objective will be to define and deliver product launch strategies and create compelling product messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our products in the market. Working with engineering, product, and curriculum teams to assess content and messaging needs, gaps in our story and content management lifecycle will be a key component. Create an innovative learning experience that drives awareness and education through a unique dedicated cloud customer experience. A successful candidate will have a passion for technology and the customer experience. Understand go-to-market strategies and consistency in delivering high quality content. Manage multiple projects across the team with the ability to adopt a story arc and translate into an artifact. Equally important is the ability to establish positive relationships with internal, external teams, support organization, and stakeholders in all forms of communication.

Responsibilities :

Drive product positioning of Dedicated Cloud offerings for Sales, Marketing, and customers

Oversee the development and delivery of technical reference architectures, demos, and enablement assets aligned to address customer business challenges.

Collaborate across organizational boundaries to drive execution on complex, cross-team initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning.

Partner with engineering, product, and curriculum teams to assess content and messaging needs.

Design learner-centric content including eLearning modules, documentation, hands-on labs, video walkthroughs, and tutorials.

Develop and curate practical, role-based programs that support onboarding, skill progression, and in-role performance acceleration for potential Dedicated Cloud customers.

Leverage data and learner feedback to evaluate training effectiveness and iterate learning assets for continuous improvement.

Stay up to date with Oracle and cloud technology trends to keep content current and relevant.

Innovate how technical learning experiences are delivered, utilizing modern platforms and interactive techniques.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. 8. Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
