Job description$19.00 - $21.00 / hour + credit for experience Schedule : Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 am - 4 : 30 pm, Weekends and evenings possible; Holiday rotation required Supportive Team : We value our team members just as much as the people we serve Quick Hiring : Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do : Facilitate Memory Wellness programming for residents with dementia and cognitive impairments Collaborate with team members to implement a routine-based activity schedule Lead sensory-based and purposeful activities tailored to resident interests Support a therapeutic, dementia-friendly environment Promote residents’ physical, mental, and spiritual well-being Encourage personal interests and empower individual capabilities What You'll Need : Must be at least 18 years of age (required) 1 year of experience in Senior Living, with 1 year of experience working with persons living with dementia (required) High School Diploma / GED required; college degree in healthcare, therapy, education, social work, or related field preferred Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with proven interpersonal abilities Computer literacy and accurate documentation skills Ability to work effectively with residents, families, staff, and community partners Benefits Available to You : Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts 403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer Match Life / AD&D Insurance Short- & Long-Term Disability Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance Mail Order Pharmacy Telemedicine Wellness Programs Employee Assistance Program To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
