Home Healthcare Dialysis Nurse (Hiring Immediately)

Unit Description :

Located in South Burlington, the Home Dialysis program

provides training to patients and families in at-home hemodialysis

and peritoneal dialysis.

On-Call : Not Required

Incentives :

$10,000 Sign on bonus. Candidates must have at least 1

year of Dialysis RN experience to qualify for the bonus. Subject to

tax withholdings and also prorated for any part time positions

(additional terms and conditions apply).

Requirements :

Current RN licensure or

compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.

ADN required, BSN preferred.

Appropriate experience in specific clinical

area. Varies by unit.
