Exciting Locum Pediatric Neurologist Opportunity in Columbia, MO!

Looking for a flexible Pediatric Neurology assignment? This opportunity offers a great work-life balance with both clinic and call coverage at a 120-bed Children's Hospital with strong support staff and specialty backup available

Location :

  • Columbia, MO

Start Date :

  • May 20, 2025

    • Schedule :

  • Clinic : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 12 : 00 PM & 1 : 00 PM 5 : 00 PM
  • Weekday Call : 2-3 consults per day
  • Ideally 2 weeks per month, but full-time preferred

    • Facility & Work Details :

  • Facility Type : Children's Hospital & Birthing Center

    • Practice Setting : Inpatient & Outpatient

    Case Variety : Pediatric Neurology

    Patient Population : Pediatrics

    Average Census : 9-13 outpatient, 2-3 inpatient per day

    Support Staff : 8 Physicians & 7 PAs (Specialty Backup Available)

    Beds : 120

    EMR : Cerner

    Requirements :

  • Certification : Board Certified in Pediatric Neurology (Required)

    • License : Missouri (Required) or IMLC

    Certifications : ACLS, BLS (Required)

    DEA : Required

    Experience : 2+ years required

    Additional Information :

  • Privileging Timeline : 60-90 days

    • Contract Length : 26 weeks
