Position : Patient Care Technician (Behavioral Health Tech)

Location : Multiple locations throughout Arizona

Employment Type : Full-time

Compensation : $16-$20 per hour (based on experience)

• Weeknight Shift Differential (Mon-Thurs) : +10%
• Weekend Day Shift Differential (Sat, Sun) : +$1.00 / hour
• Weekend Night Shift Differential (Fri, Sat, Sun) : +$2.00 / hour

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to join our treatment teams across Arizona. As an essential member of a multidisciplinary behavioral health team, the PCT works under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), providing direct patient care in crisis and inpatient settings.

This position plays a vital role in ensuring patient and unit safety, identifying and escalating concerns, and contributing to high-quality behavioral health care for individuals facing crisis, substance use, homelessness, or mental illness.
