LARGE FORMAT DIGITAL PRINT PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE - TEMP TO HIRE

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate with experience in large-format digital printing. This role involves operating and maintaining printing equipment, managing production schedules, and ensuring high-quality output to meet strict client deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily production schedules to ensure on-time client delivery
• Perform preventative maintenance and setup on large-format printing equipment
• Operate digital printing presses (loading / unloading materials, flatbed operation, etc.)
• Monitor and troubleshoot mechanical and software issues (Onyx Thrive, Adobe, Corel, etc.)
• Conduct in-process quality inspections to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize throughput
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
• Collaborate with design and client service teams to meet project requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned
