A company is looking for a System Support Analyst I (night / weekend shift).
Key Responsibilities
Provide responsive technical support and resolve customer issues via phone and portal
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to software applications and databases
Maintain documentation of incidents and problems within the ServiceNow ticketing system
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Windows administration and technical customer support
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
Ability to work remotely using secure connections and remote desktop-sharing tools
Availability to work night shift hours (12 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 AM ET, Thursday to Monday)
Experience with SQL databases is preferred
