This is a Per Diem position with a schedule of 2-3 days per week on average. Typically within the days of M-F, with an occasional Saturday.
POSITION SUMMARY
To provide superior quality, competitive value, and outstanding service by providing the highest standard of quality medical care to Brevard Health Alliance (BHA) patients through the primary care medical home model. Staff Pharmacist is responsible for pharmacy site related activities including filling orders, monitor patient drug therapies, and provide drug information while complying with the laws governing the practice of pharmacy. Staff pharmacists supervise and direct support personnel. Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy and collaboration with Pharmacy Manager as well as clinical / front support team, provides extraordinary patient care through BHA Clinics.
GENERAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Must be a graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree, Pharm D degree preferred. Must have a current Florida license. Six (6) or more months of FQHC experience preferred.
