As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as a Virtual Receptionist, providing the friendly, professional voice our customers depend on, skillfully handling incoming calls and website chats. We're committed to delivering exceptional experiences 24 / 7, 365 days a year. This full-time (40 hours per week) position requires availability to work a weekend day and holidays.

This is an in-office position at either our Chesapeake, VA, or Virginia Beach, VA location. All interviews will take place at our Chesapeake office.

What You'll Do

• Create exceptional experiences by confidently and skillfully handling incoming calls and chats.
• Accurately complete over 150 interactions per day, adhering to our service quality and performance expectations.
• Maintain accuracy and strong attention to detail in written communication, ensuring proper spelling and grammar.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced inbound contact center environment while utilizing two screens.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and adherence to your schedule.
