Optum NY, a leader in clinician-led care, is seeking dedicated Primary Care Physicians (FM or IM) to become vital members of our teams within our beautiful clinics in the Hudson Valley, including locations in Poughkeepsie, Hopewell Junction, and Fishkill.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive, high-quality care through effective teamwork.
  • Manage and treat chronic diseases while conducting thorough patient assessments.
  • Review patient records, medical history, and medication status to ensure safe, effective care.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests to inform patient diagnoses and treatment plans.

    Our region was formed in 2022 by uniting Riverside Medical Group, CareMount Medical, and ProHealth Care, enabling us to deliver patient-centric medical services across the care continuum. As a Patient-Centered Medical Home, Optum NY / NJ is dedicated to enhancing health outcomes for families throughout New York, New Jersey, and Southern Connecticut.

    Requirements :

  • Unrestricted licensure in New York or in the process of obtaining.
  • Residency trained with Board Certification or Eligibility in either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Active DEA License or ability to secure one before starting.

    • The salary range for this position is $256,997 to $364,843 per year, commensurate with experience and performance metrics. Additional benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, performance incentives, and a supportive workplace culture.
