Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented accounts receivable professional to join our finance team, with a focus on managing accounts receivable processes and supporting the company's financial health. The role requires QuickBooks Online Advanced Certification and the ability to excel in managing accounts receivable functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the company's accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and cash application to ensure timely payments and accurate records.
- Maintain accurate financial records and aging reports; monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
- Contribute to the overall financial health of the organization by supporting month-end close activities as needed.
