Sales Enablement Intern New Seller Onboarding
Mission : Our onboarding team's goal is simple : shorten time to full contribution for new sellers. We deliver an 810-week onboarding experience combining online learning, live Zoom sessions, and an immersive 1-week Sales Bootcamp. As an intern, you'll help orchestrate this program and gain hands-on experience in sales enablement within a fast-paced tech environment. This is a hybrid role half remote, half in-office at our Boston Atlantic Wharf location and you'll be part of a collaborative, supportive team.
What You'll Do
- Participate in the onboarding program as a learner to understand the seller journey.
- Support the planning and execution of onboarding activities, including Sales Bootcamp.
- Organize and update onboarding materials (online learning content, in-class decks).
- Assist with learning assessments and feedback collection.
- Help create new onboarding activities and improve existing ones.
- Conduct field analysis to identify program strengths and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate across the enablement team on various projects.
- Manage logistics such as team assignments, agendas, and resource uploads.
- Maintain content in platforms like Highspot and Articulate (SCORM uploads, lesson updates).
