We are seeking an experienced and proactive Regional Business Controller to oversee financial operations across the East Coast region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance or accounting within private equity-backed organizations, particularly in industries such as Marine, Power Generation, Defense, or Industrial services. Regional Business Controller Responsibilities

• Own the financial oversight of East Coast operations, ensuring accuracy in P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and compliance with corporate and private equity standards.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to provide actionable insights into business performance.
• Partner with regional and corporate leadership to identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities, offering data-driven recommendations to improve margins and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support growth initiatives, cost management, and scalability.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to guide investment decisions, operational improvements, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and finance teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Support the CFO with high-level financial reporting, including preparation for board meetings and investor presentations.
