AdventHealth-Central Florida Division is looking for a dynamic individual to step into the role of Program Director for our Osteopathic Family Medicine Residency Program at AdventHealth East Orlando. Our Osteopathic Family Medicine Residency is among the most progressive training programs in the osteopathic profession, built on a foundation of dedicated faculty, continuity family medicine and pediatric clinics, didactic programs, and innovative technology. Each academic year, we welcome eight new residents, along with two in the ONMM3 residency, in partnership with Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Your Role

As the Program Director, you will :

• Engage in clinical teaching in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Lead administrative initiatives to foster academic growth.
• Encourage research and presentations to enhance the residency program.
• Balance your time between 50% clinical and 50% administrative duties.
• Have the opportunity to develop your own patient base.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of three years of experience in Osteopathic Family Medicine and a vision to elevate academic activity through research and presentations. Strong communication skills and alignment with the mission and vision of AdventHealth are essential.
