QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a Program Specialist to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD . This position is contingent upon award .
Duties :
- Provide expert advisory and guidance to PM PNT on technical, functional, and program management strategies, milestones, and budgets.
- Monitor program progress, analyze performance, and recommend corrective actions to maintain schedule, cost, and overall program accomplishments.
- Formulating alternative solutions, documenting process improvements, tracking project objectives, preparing correspondence, and supporting essential program administration.

Work Environment :
This position will be performed in a variety of locations, including but not limited to, government offices, military bases and depots, warehouse / maintenance shops, and / or field environments that include extended periods outdoors.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work :
This is a full‐time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.

Total Compensation :
QED offers a competitive compensation package for full-time employees. Our total compensation package is value-based and negotiable depending upon the candidate’s specific skills and applicable relevant experience.
Benefits include :
Estimated Salary Range : $125,000.00 - $150,000.00, annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. This represents the typical range for fully qualified candidates for this position based on experience, geographic location, and other factors. The final offer amount may vary.
