We re hiring collaborating physician (MD/DO) contractors to support clinicians performing In-Home Health Evaluations (IHEs) in South Carolina. Physician collabs earn a monthly stipend based on the number of Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants they oversee.

• Licensed and living in GA
• Licensed in SC
• Out-of-state clinicians must complete at least one day, or conduct a minimum of 5 in-home visits in the state of SC per year to qualify as a SC Collab (see details below)
• Airfare, Hotel, and Rental Car available (depending on eligibility)

Our clinicians provide personalized IHEs to health plan members. These visits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member s home. You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation and do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people s current treatment regimen.

• Flexible schedule based on your preferences and availability
• Additional compensation opportunities via our pay-per-test model (for visits where the health plan member qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests)
• Malpractice coverage during Signify Health-related assignments
• Increase your per-visit rate with our Market Multiplier (rates may vary based on county and state)
