We are seeking professionals with experience as Officers or Non-Commissioned Officers in the United States Army or Marine Corps. The role involves providing analysis and feedback for military training exercises at the United States Armys Join Multinational Readiness Center in Hohenfels, Germany. This position is On Call and may require travel to Hohenfels, Germany for training rotations of approximately two to three weeks per rotation, up to four times per year. Travel expenses are paid. The position involves monitoring training and producing After Action Review (AAR) products.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and feedback for military training exercises.
• Monitor training events and produce After Action Review (AAR) products.
• Travel to Hohenfels, Germany for training rotations as needed (approximately two to three weeks per rotation, up to four times per year).

Required Skills

Ability to work for up to 12 hour shifts in an office environment.
