Manufacturing Assembler

Job Description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Assembler to join our production team. The assembler is responsible for assembling components or products according to established specifications and quality standards. This role involves reading blueprints, following assembly instructions, and using hand or power tools in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assemble parts, components, or products using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical documents.
• Inspect assembled products for quality, accuracy, and proper fit.
• Perform functional tests and troubleshoot any assembly issues.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Identify and report any product defects or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines.
• Package finished products for shipment if required.
