We're hiring a Head Of Growth to lead our marketing and user acquisition strategy. We're looking for a strategic, data-driven leader with a passion for innovation and impact. You'll define and execute growth initiatives and align brand, product, and performance marketing.
You Will
- Define and evolve SwissBorg's bold, community-driven brand to align with our mission of democratizing wealth.
- Lead emotionally compelling storytelling across all channels that builds trust and long-term user loyalty.
- Maintain a distinct market position that showcases SwissBorg's innovations in wealth management and DeFi.
- Build and scale a high-performance marketing team that thrives on speed, creativity, and execution.
- Align acquisition, retention, and brand into a cohesive, high-impact strategy.
- Foster a cross-functional, data-driven culture with a bias toward experimentation and viral growth.
- Lead aggressive, creative paid and organic growth strategies to drive user acquisition at scale.
- Optimise the entire conversion funnel to ensure seamless onboarding and scalable acquisition loops.
- Own and execute impactful go-to-market strategies for new products and regions, starting with Switzerland and France markets.
- Transform the community into a growth engine through gamification, advocacy, and Web3-native tactics.
- Own and optimise website performance, SEO, ad campaigns, and conversion rates across platforms.
- Manage and maximise the marketing budget with a focus on ROI, efficiency, and transparent performance tracking.
