Sr. Operator

The Opportunity :

The Sr. Operator will be working independently and in coordination with the Lead Operator of Manufacturing or the Supervisor. They are responsible for the accurate, compliant manufacturing of various silicone products, using a range of automated and semi-automated equipment and processes.Operates mixing machines, coating machines, and cutting and packaging machines under SOP and GMP guidelines. Will perform basic troubleshooting and maintain equipment cleanliness. Interfaces and works with engineering and senior manufacturing personnel in identifying and implementing process improvements and process validations.

'What we're looking for

• Education : High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience : 2+ years related experience
• Manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of OSHA, NFPC, Hazwoper, and other governmental regulatory requirements
• Working with waste generation, classification, and disposal

Pay Transparency :

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is

$48,100.00 - $80,100.00

Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
