Senior Service Engineer IS, M365 Admin, SharePoint •Virtual •

Overview

Work Location : Providence Valley Office Park-Renton. Service Engineers work in partnership with caregivers, testers, and program managers (typically early in the development process) to design, operate, grow, and improve large-scale, computer-based services offered to IS, non-IS and clinical caregivers. Their technical skills are on par with their Development, Test, and Program Management counterparts. We build tools to service a large Microsoft Tenant to support security, self-service and governance of a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with caregivers, testers, and program managers early in the development process to design, operate, grow, and improve large-scale, computer-based services.
• Build tools to service a large Microsoft Tenant to support security, self-service, and governance of a complex environment.
• Lead and represent the service in backlog discussions and standups to establish appropriate prioritization of Live Site requirements.
