POSITION :

  • HVAC INSTALL TECHNICIAN

SERVICE AREA :

  • JOBSITES VARY BETWEEN CLARK COUNTY AND SURROUNDING AREAS (IE. CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, GREENE COUNTY, MADISON COUNTY, ETC.).

  • ABILITY TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS, RETAIN TRAINING, AND PROGRESS WITH ABILITIES.

  • ABLE TO READ, WRITE AND / OR TYPE, AND SPEAK ENGLISH PROFICIENTLY.
  • ABLE TO COMPLETE DOCUMENTS PROPERLY AND COMPLETELY FOR EACH JOBSITE.
  • APPLE IPAD SKILLS (PREFERRED).
  • VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
  • HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED.
  • HVAC SKILLS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE WORK.
  • HAND TOOLS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE WORK.
  • KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING ON UTILIZING HAND TOOLS AND POWER TOOLS SAFELY AND EFFECTIVELY.
  • EPA CERTIFICATION.
  • SHEET METAL SKILLS (PREFERRED).
  • HVAC TECHNICAL SCHOOL DIPLOMA AND (2) YEARS MINIMUM HVAC JOBSITE EXPERIENCE.
  • ABLE TO WORK EFFECTIVELY AND INDEPENDENTLY, WHILE UNDERSTANDING THE NECESSITY TO COMMUNICATE AND COORDINATE WORK EFFORTS WITH BOTH CUSTOMERS AND OTHER TEAM MEMBERS.
  • ABLE TO LIFT, MOVE, AND / OR CARRY UP TO 50-LBS.
  • ABILITY TO WORK IN ALL ELEMENTS.
  • ABILITY TO WORK IN CONFINED SPACES AND / OR ABOVE GROUND LEVEL REQUIRING LADDERS, SCAFFOLDING, ETC.
  • ABILITY TO INSTALL RESIDENTIAL HVAC SYSTEMS ACCORDING TO DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS, INCLUDING DUCTWORK.
  • ABILITY TO PASS ALL CODE REQUIREMENTS.
  • ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND SYSTEM OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS.
  • ABILITY TO MAINTAIN A CLEAN, STOCKED, AND ORGANIZED COMPANY VEHICLE.
  • ABILITY TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREENINGS.

    • PAY :

  • EXPERIENCE-BASED PAY WITH WEEKLY DIRECT DEPOSIT; $20.00-$35.00 / HR.
