    Position Overview : We are seeking an ambitious and customer / sales-oriented individual to lead and grow one of our strategic locations. This position will be one of progression. This role is pivotal in driving business development, enhancing customer satisfaction, and scaling both revenue and gross profit margins. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in freight brokerage or logistics, an extensive carrier network, and proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams.

    Key Responsibilities :

    Business Development & Client Acquisition :

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the branchs client base.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service offerings, tailored to the specific needs of clients.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and industry partners.
    • Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to drive sales and revenue growth.
    • Operations & Team Management :

    • Oversee the formation and development of operations teams to support new and existing clients.
    • Ensure that all operations are conducted efficiently, aligning with company standards and client expectations.
    • Implement best practices in logistics operations, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and productivity.
    • Financial Performance & Growth :

    • Drive financial performance by scaling gross profit margins and revenue.
    • Monitor financial metrics and KPIs, implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve targets.
    • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising on service quality.
    • Qualifications :

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
    • Freight brokerage, or logistics experience required
    • Proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and operations teams.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
