Intuit is on the lookout for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our vibrant team as TurboTax Live Seasonal Service Associates. This unique opportunity combines your tax knowledge, entrepreneurial spirit, and community involvement to help clients navigate their tax needs effectively. As a dedicated TurboTax Live Seasonal Service Associate, you’ll serve as an essential consultant, helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit's mission of Powering Prosperity Around the World.

About the Role :

In this position, you will work on-site from a TurboTax location, assisting customers both in-person and virtually using Intuit TurboTax products. Your tax expertise will enable you to provide comprehensive tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support. By understanding each customer's unique situation and connecting with them on a personal level, you will help alleviate the stress associated with tax season. Whether you’re assisting with basic W2 filings or navigating complex tax scenarios such as business income or investments, you will be the go-to expert for your clients. This role also offers the chance to grow TurboTax's client base within the community, establishing long-term relationships and fostering customer loyalty.

What You'll Do :

Provide Tax Expertise : Deliver hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, addressing varied tax situations (e.g., personal and business income, deductions, amendments). Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning advice.
Be a Community Ambassador : Actively engage with new prospects and nurture leads to convert them into long-term clients. Organize local events, supported by TurboTax, to enhance customer engagement.
Educate and Communicate : Enthusiastically represent TurboTax in your local community, confidently hosting learning events and participating in local marketing initiatives.
Build Relationships : Connect with clients by demonstrating sensitivity to their financial concerns and establish trust that fosters long-term loyalty.
Deliver a Best-in-Class Customer Experience : Provide exceptional service, professionalism, and genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals. Interact with customers both in person and through Intuit's cutting-edge video communication tools.

Who You Are :

Possess an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law.

At least 2 years of paid experience filing a minimum of 30 federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.

Familiarity with Circular 230.

Willing to maintain a static weekly schedule with a minimum of 24 hours per week.

Interest in creating accessible tax-related content for your community.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) communication skills are a plus.

Experience in holistic tax advisory services is advantageous.

This position's expected base pay ranges from $20.20 to $28.00, depending on your location and experience. Intuit offers a competitive compensation package, including potential bonuses and equity rewards. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
