CNC Programmer (Mastercam) – Lathe & Mill

1st Shift | Onsite | Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire

We’re partnering with a growing manufacturer to add an experienced CNC Programmer to their team. This is a programming-only role (no machine operation) supporting in-house machining for engineered-to-order equipment, stock jobs, and spare parts.

What You’ll Be Doing

Program CNC mills and lathes using Mastercam
Interpret engineering drawings and models to create efficient, accurate programs
Optimize cycle times and support continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering on process improvements

Environment & Equipment

~8 CNC machines on the floor today, with 2 additional machines coming

Capital investments planned over the next 12 months, including :

5-axis machines

Mill-turn machines

Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years of CNC programming experience using Mastercam

Lathe experience required ; strong preference for both lathe and mill

Experience programming CNC equipment (not running machines)

Strong understanding of machining processes and best practices

Ability to work 100% onsite

Schedule & Pay

1st shift (flexible start times) :

7 : 00–4 : 00 or 8 : 00–5 : 00

$38–$45 / hr

~5 hours of OT available

Temp-to-hire or direct hire options available
