• Call Schedule : 1 : 5 telephone only, and supported by nurse advisory line

• Compensation : - $313,000 - $350,000 Based on experience- Sign-on Bonuses ranging from $20,000 - $25,000- Relocation package available- $25k Retention Bonuses at year 2 & 4 based on location
