As the Level 5 Value Stream Leader (VSL) Manager, you'll be working with other VSL overseeing a large development program. This role indirectly leads a matrix organization, is accountable for performance and profit / loss and may lead future bid and proposal efforts. The VSL role combines three core responsibilities : delivering on financial commitments, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring successful execution. It requires someone who is comfortable making decisions, managing complexity, and working across functions to get results. This role is also customer-facing, requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills to ensure alignment, responsiveness, and trust with key government and industry partners. This is a critical leadership role with direct influence on the success of our mission and the teams who deliver it.
