We are seeking an Electrical Engineer I to support the design, testing, and manufacturing of industrial electrical and test systems. The Electrical Engineer I focuses on learning company standards, tools, and processes while contributing to well-defined tasks across product development and sustaining engineering efforts.

Responsibilities and duties;

• Assist with the development and review of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, specifications, and bills of materials (BOM)
• Perform basic circuit design, analysis, and troubleshooting under guidance
• Support testing and validation activities using standard electrical measurement tools
• Participate in hands-on prototyping, wiring, and assembly of electrical systems and test fixtures
• Document test results, design changes, and engineering updates
• Support Manufacturing Engineering with OMS documentation, including work instructions and process flow diagrams
• Troubleshoot basic electrical issues during development and production with support from senior engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, manufacturing, quality, and test engineering

Qualifications and Skills

Strong understanding of basic electrical engineering principles

Testing & Tools

Experience using common electrical test equipment such as :

Multimeters

Programming Fundamentals

Basic programming skills in one or more languages such as :

Professional & Technical Skills

Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Education

BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field

Preferred Skills

Exposure to industrial control systems or control panel design

Physical Demands : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be in a stationary position; move within the facilities, constantly operate machining equipment and tools, inspect surroundings and equipment, occasionally ascends / descends a ladder, communicate with others, detect odors, and transport equipment up to 40 pounds.

Work Environment : high noise level associated with a manufacturing facility
