    Job Summary :

    As a Caregiver, you will provide essential personal care and companionship to clients based on individualized care plans. Your support will help them live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

    Duties include : Personal Care :

  • Bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene
  • Mobility assistance : transfers, ambulation, range of motion exercises
  • Meal preparation and feeding support
  • Incontinence care and toileting assistance

    • Companion & Homemaking Support :

  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Light housekeeping (vacuuming, dishes, laundry, etc.)
  • Medication reminders
  • Respite care for family caregivers

    • Qualifications / Educational Requirements :

  • High school graduate or G.E.D certificate
  • Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide course
  • At least six months experience as a Caregiver preferred (in homes or facilities).
  • Be listed in good standing on the States Caregiver Registry
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
  • Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job
