Staffing Model : 2 Neonatologists to evenly share rounding & call coverage

176 annual shifts

24 / 7 in-house NNP, employed by the hospital

A collaborative approach to care

Night call from home, with 30 min response time expectation

Level III NICU :

18 beds

ADC : 10

1000 Annual deliveries
