Rainbow Ecoscience (a division of Rainbow Companies) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our team! Whether you are already in the green industry or looking to grow your expertise, Rainbow is seeking a loyal, accountable, and hard-working team member to join us. We are looking for someone who excels at customer service, works well in a team environment, and is driven to succeed. You will be responsible for providing exemplary customer experience for all internal and external clients.
We are a fast-growing, employee-owned company that provides science-based, innovative solutions in the green industry. You possess a deep knowledge of customer service principles and processes. You will excel in communicating effectively with businesses and team members within the Customer Service Department and other divisions. Additional duties include providing administrative support to sales staff, managing records, and coordinating office procedures as part of a hybrid position that integrates customer service responsibilities with backup product and protocol technical support, involving both in-office and remote work schedules. This position will work out of Minnetonka, Minnesota.

While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit for extended periods of time, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to finger, handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds.
