Senior CNC Programmer

Were looking for an experienced Senior Machinist / CNC Programmer to join our team. This advanced role focuses on CNC programming, precision machining, tooling optimization, and supporting high-quality production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Our client is a respected fabricator that has been in business for over 100 years and has a great foothold in their market. They just added a brand new location and are looking to hire an experienced Machinist / Programmer for their Miami (Hialeah), Florida facility.

Great opportunity for a talented machinist to quickly grow into a supervisor over their home-grown machine shop team, highly competitive compensation + overtime (5-10 hr / week), and expanding company they just opened a new mill.

Qualifications

• Experiencedcan look at a drawing and produce the part.
• BilingualEnglish or Spanish.
• Proficient in CAM / CAD Software.
• Experience with CNCDusson / Okuma preferred, but not required.
• Bridge Mill (40ft x 24 ft) experience preferred.
• Able to work MondayFriday with a flexible schedule.
• Desire to grow into a leadership / supervision role with people / teaching skills.
