What you will do

• Support customers as a junior technical resource on the Sysdig Platform, reporting to the Sr. Director of Customer Success.
• Learn how to build strong relationships with customer teams and technical users.
• Assist with aligning Sysdig features to customer use cases and goals.
• Shadow and participate in customer calls, workshops, and troubleshooting sessions.
• Help with basic configuration, data collection, and environment checks under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Capture customer questions and feedback to share internally with Product and Customer Success teams.
• Partner with teammates across Customer Success, Sales, and Support to deliver a seamless customer experience.

The U.S. annual compensation range for this full-time position is between $56,100 and $77,110 USD / year. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
