SysTech Automotive is looking for a enthusiastic, professional and experienced Automotive Sales Professional to join our Fredericksburg, Virginia team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High-energy, positive, out-going individuals with strong verbal communication skills
  • A drive to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Prior work in retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Ability to juggle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
  • Handling objections and closing deals smoothly
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the US
  • Applicants must pass background check and must have a valid driver’s license

    • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers, build rapport, and understand their vehicle needs
  • Negotiate pricing, assist with financing options, and close deals
  • Schedule and monitor appointments
  • Use software to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions
  • Obtain vehicle and customer information
  • Complete estimates and repair orders
  • Determine and explain vehicle maintenance scheduled services
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals or repeat business

    • EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years customer service experience
  • Ability to manage customers, scheduling, and multi-task.
  • 3 years of automotive industry experience (preferred)
  • College degree or equivalent (preferred)

    • SALARY / WAGE

  • Salary $60,000 - $140,000
  • Competitive based upon experience plus incentive programs
