Key Responsibilities

Leads advanced data analysis and statistical modeling to support service measurement and improvement

Develops reporting dashboards and visualizations to communicate key business metrics

Analyzes and interprets data to identify trends and provide data-driven solutions for business challenges

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline; Master's degree may offset experience

Seven years of experience in data science techniques and analytics problem-solving

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, and R

Experience with data tools and frameworks like Spark, Databricks, and MLFlow

Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS
