Construction Manager

Are you looking to join an innovative engineering consulting firm with a strong gas utility team that supports clients in over 35 different industries? Entrust Solutions Group has embraced growing markets such as renewables, power engineering services, EV infrastructure, data analytics, and geospatial with cutting edge engineering, consulting, and automation services. We have a current need for a Construction Manager based in San Diego.

Responsibilities :

Oversee and monitor construction activities
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Coordinate with contractors, utilities, and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Provide technical guidance and leadership
Support project documentation and reporting

Requirements :

Minimum 7 years of experience in transmission engineering

Experience with extreme high voltage (EHV) systems preferred

Strong project management and field oversight skills

Benefits & Salary :

This position pays between $50.00 and $65.00 annually and is a non-exempt position.

Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation / parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.

Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.

May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
